These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of flowerindustries.xyz (the “Site”), operated by Flower Industries LLC (“Flower Industries,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a California limited liability company. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using the Site

You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by interfering with its operation, attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Our content

The Site and its content — including the Flower Industries name and logo, the Legal Beagll name, logo, characters, artwork, screenshots, and text — are owned by Flower Industries LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Members of the press and content creators may contact us for permission and assets.

Game information

Information on the Site about games in development, including features, platforms, and planned release timing, describes our current plans. It may change, and it is not a promise or guarantee that any game, feature, or release date will be delivered.

Third-party sites and stores

The Site links to third-party sites, such as Steam. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Any wishlist, purchase, or account on a third-party platform is governed by that platform’s own terms. The Site does not sell anything directly.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flower Industries LLC and its members, managers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
