Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Flower Industries LLC (“Flower Industries,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a California limited liability company, handles information in connection with our website at flowerindustries.xyz (the “Site”).
The short version
The Site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, user accounts, or sign-up forms. We do not sell or share your personal information. If you email us, we use what you send only to reply to you.
Information we collect
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you choose to put in your message. Our email is provided by Google Workspace, so messages are stored on Google’s systems.
Information collected automatically by service providers
Like most websites, the company that hosts the Site may automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. These logs are used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.
The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google receives your IP address and browser information. Google’s handling of that information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
How we use information

How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information to service providers that help us run the Site and our email (such as our hosting provider and Google), or when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Flower Industries or others.
Links to other sites
The Site links to third-party sites such as Steam. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
How long we keep information
We keep emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, after which we delete them. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing socials@flowerindustries.xyz. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not discriminate against you for making a request. Because we do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes, we have nothing to disclose under California Civil Code § 1798.83 (“Shine the Light”).
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Changes take effect when posted.
